No. The Free plan lets you create up to 10 entries a month with no credit card and no auto-billing. Add one only when you choose to upgrade.
An entry is a single documented item — a verbal or written warning, an incident, an attendance note, a coaching/1:1 record, or a kudos. Editing an existing entry doesn’t use a new one.
No. All records stay encrypted on your own computer. If you move to a lower plan you simply create fewer new entries per month — everything you’ve already documented remains yours.
