On first launch you choose a passphrase that encrypts everything with AES-256. It is never stored or sent to us — keep it safe, because if it’s lost your data can’t be recovered.
Open Client Builder Pro Notes, go to Settings → Account, sign in or paste your key, and your plan activates. It’s verified instantly.
Click “Add employee,” enter a name, and you can start logging entries right away. There’s no roster import to wait on.
